OTMÁNN Hotel Boutique

Boutique hotel with 34 rooms built on the rear section of an original French-style construction dating back to the Porfiriato era (1876–1911). This period was characterized by a pursuit of modernization and progress, reflected in architecture through European influence—particularly English and French. Beyond aesthetics, there was an emphasis on functionality, introducing new materials and construction techniques that are still preserved in this property.

The hotel is located in Colonia Americana, within a 23-block area originally conceived as part of the “Porfirio Díaz” neighborhood project. Its tree-lined streets, surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafés, alleyways, and pedestrian walkways, make this the romantic heart of Guadalajara.
