Boutique hotel with 34 rooms built on the rear section of an original French-style construction dating back to the Porfiriato era (1876–1911). This period is known by a pursuit of modernization and progress, reflected in architecture through European influence—particularly English and French. Beyond aesthetics, there was an emphasis on functionality, introducing new materials and construction techniques that are tangible in this property.

The hotel location is in Colonia Americana, within a 23-block area first conceived as part of the “Porfirio Díaz” neighborhood project. Its tree-lined streets, surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafés, alleyways, and pedestrian walkways, make this the romantic heart of Guadalajara.
