Cancellation Policy

You booked through a travel agency or online:

• If you wish to modify or cancel a reservation made through a travel agency or online—such as Best Day, Booking.com, Despegar.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.—please contact their customer service at the phone number provided to you when you made your booking.

You booked directly with Otmánn Hotel Boutique::

•If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us directly by phone or email. We recommend reviewing the relevant Cancellation Policy section for Otmánn Hotel Boutique before reaching out to us.


GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICIES

  1. Reservations canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the total cost of one night’s stay.

    • However, the guest has the option to modify their reservation date without any penalty, provided they contact the reservations department at least 24 hours before the original reservation date.

  2. Reservations that are not canceled in advance will be considered NO-SHOWS and will not be entitled to a refund or date modifications.

  3. Reservations for more than one night that have been prepaid and subsequently canceled will be subject to the corresponding penalty, but only for the first night.

    • From the second night onward, the refund will be 100% of the amount paid.
  4. Otmánn Boutique Hotel is obligated to issue refunds only in the following cases attributable to the hotel:
    a. When, due to an error, a charge exceeding the amount corresponding to the reserved room type has been made.
    b. When the total number of nights charged exceeds the number of nights requested in the original reservation.
    c. When, in accordance with the current cancellation and refund policies, the guest is eligible to receive a refund.


Important Notes:

• All modifications related to changes in dates, room type, or number of rooms must be requested in advance.
• The new reservation date must not exceed six months from the originally booked date and cannot be modified more than twice.
• Cancellations of reservations that have already been modified at least once will not be entitled to a refund.
• All refunds will be made exclusively by deposit or bank transfer to the guest’s account, regardless of the original form of payment.
• Refunds may take between 5 and 15 days to appear on the guest’s account statement. If they do not appear within this period, please contact our accounting department.
• All modifications to reservations are subject to availability and do not apply during high season or holiday weekends; they are at the hotel’s discretion.
• Guests must contact our reservation agents by phone or email to verify availability.
• All reservations may be modified at no extra charge regarding date, room type, etc., provided the guest contacts the Reservations department with sufficient advance notice.
