\u2022 If you wish to modify or cancel a reservation made through a travel agency or online\u2014such as Best Day, Booking.com, Despegar.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.<\/strong>\u2014please contact their customer service at the phone number provided to you when you made your booking.<\/p>\n\n

You booked directly with Otm\u00e1nn Hotel Boutique::<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u2022If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us directly by phone or email. We recommend reviewing the relevant Cancellation Policy section for Otm\u00e1nn Hotel Boutique<\/strong> before reaching out to us.<\/p>\n\n\n

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICIES<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n\t
  1. \n

    Reservations canceled with less than 48 hours\u2019 <\/strong>notice will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the total cost of one night\u2019s stay.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      \n\t
    • However, the guest has the option to modify their reservation date<\/strong> without any penalty, provided they contact the reservations department at least 24 hours before the original reservation date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\t
    • Restrictions apply..<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\t
    • \n

      Reservations that are not canceled<\/strong> in advance will be considered NO-SHOWS<\/strong> and will not be entitled to a refund or date modifications.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n\t

    • \n

      Reservations for more than one night<\/strong> that have been prepaid and subsequently canceled will be subject to the corresponding penalty, but only for the first night.<\/p>\n\n

        \n\t
      • From the second night onward, the refund will be 100% of the amount paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\t
      • \n

        Otm\u00e1nn Boutique Hotel<\/strong> is obligated to issue refunds only in the following cases attributable to the hotel:
        a. When, due to an error, a charge exceeding the amount corresponding to the reserved room type has been made.
        b. When the total number of nights charged exceeds the number of nights requested in the original reservation.
        c. When, in accordance with the current cancellation and refund policies, the guest is eligible to receive a refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        Important Notes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        \u2022 All modifications related to changes in dates, room type, or number of rooms must be requested in advance.
        \u2022 The new reservation date must not exceed six months from the originally booked date and cannot be modified more than twice.
        \u2022 Cancellations of reservations that have already been modified at least once will not be entitled to a refund.
        \u2022 All refunds will be made exclusively by deposit or bank transfer to the guest\u2019s account, regardless of the original form of payment.
        \u2022 Refunds may take between 5 and 15 days to appear on the guest\u2019s account statement. If they do not appear within this period, please contact our accounting department.
        \u2022 All modifications to reservations are subject to availability and do not apply during high season or holiday weekends; they are at the hotel\u2019s discretion.
        \u2022 Guests must contact our reservation agents by phone or email to verify availability.
